Gang member limit decreased to 10
Hello,
in order to incentivize the activity of more gangs, the member limit of each gang has been decreased to 10 players. Gang leaders should kick any extra players out of their gangs. Any gangs who still have over 10 members by tomorrow will get their extra players kicked automatically.
This change, in pair with the 24h Gang-Rejoin Cooldown System, should *fix* the balancing issue recurring in the latest seasons where one or two gangs outnumber everyone else.
